PROGRAM CANCELLATION: The Home Composting Program scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, has been cancelled due to the presenter being hospitalized with influenza. The rescheduled program date is Tuesday, May 5, at 6:00 p.m. Sorry for the inconvenience!

National Library Week April 12-18:  We decided that one week is not long enough to celebrate the library, so we have turned National Library Week into a MONTH long celebration! Help us celebrate by participating in a Silent Auction, Candy Contest and several programs that will take place at the library in April.

Home Composting Program: Join Carol Shirk from the Dodge County Master Gardener's Association for a program on home composting on Tuesday, May 5 at 6:00 p.m. SEE EVENTS PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS!

Medicare Seminars: Join Kathleen Leitner of Physicians Mutual as she presents "Transition Made Simple-Understanding Medicare". Two dates are being offered: Thursday, April 30, or Thursday, May 14, from 4:30-6:00 p.m. SEE EVENTS PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS!

Preschool Story Time: We have 1 more Story Time planned for April before we take a break for summer activities. "I Want A Pet" will be held on Tuesday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m.

Paws to R.E.A.D.:  Please call or stop by the library to reserve your child's spot to read to a trained therapy dog on Tuesday, April 14 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. These programs will be held the second Tuesday evening of each month September through May.

Book Club:  New date and time for Book Club! Lisa Genova's "Love Anthony" will be discussed on Tuesday, April 28 at 6:30 p.m. We have some new members who are eager to have a book discussion! Zinio Digital Magazines: Zinio offers digital copies of your favorite magazines.  You have access to 100 popular magazine titles with your library card and an email address!!  The funding for this service is sponsored by Mid-Wisconsin Federated Library System.

With Zinio, you can read magazines on your computer or mobile device.  You must first set up a Zinio Library Account with your library card number and an email address. Your Zinio Library Account allows you access to the MWFLS collection of magazines. The website to access Zinio is www.rbdigital.com/midwisconsinwi/zinio.

Free Wireless Internet access is available at the library!

 The Brownsville Public Library is part of trio consisting of 26 libraries in Dodge, Jefferson, and Washington counties sharing resources and technology.  Member library card holders have access to the collections of all member libraries through the online catalog.
